How to Request a Return

Check the Store's Return Policy
Visit the store's profile page or check your order confirmation email to review their specific return policy. Each store clearly outlines their return window, conditions, and process. Make sure your item qualifies for return before proceeding.

Initiate Return Request
Log into your Univa account and navigate to "My Orders." Find the order you wish to return and click "Request Return." Fill out the return form with:
• Reason for return (size issue, defect, changed mind, etc.)
• Detailed description of any issues
• Photos if there is a defect or damage
• Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Wait for Store Approval
The store owner will review your return request, typically within 1-2 business days. They may reach out with questions or clarifications. You'll receive a notification via email and in your Univa account when they respond.

Ship the Item Back
Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible, include all tags and accessories, and ship to the address provided. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Refund or Exchange
After the store receives and inspects your return, they'll process your refund or send your exchange item. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation once complete.

Common Return Conditions
Eligible for Return
Items with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed, in original packaging, returned within the store's specified timeframe, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Not Eligible for Return
Final sale items, worn or washed garments, items without tags, intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), custom or personalized items, items damaged due to misuse, returns requested after the policy window.
